The Importance Of SEO Testing

How your site is optimized for the list of pages 1 is probably the focus Internet Marketing the work you do for your site. This ensures that Google indexes all your URLs. Another way to check this is by typing: www.yoursite.co.uk at Google, and it will display all of your pages that it has indexed. This is a good way to determine which pages have not been indexed and which may have potential coding problems that need to be fixed.

Meta Tags and Header Tags:

It is important that your meta tags and title tags for each page of your site are different, but as you add content over time, you can sometimes duplicate them. You can also check them out in the webmaster tools on the Diagnostics tab, HTML Suggestions, which lists any meta and header errors that need to be fixed, such as duplication, long or too short.

GATC (Google Analytics tracking code)

Do you regularly add new content pages to your site? And do you track the performance of your sites in Google Analytics? If the answer is “yes” to both of them, you would benefit from checking for newer content to ensure that GATC was inserted into all pages. If this has not been done, any interaction with these pages will not be recorded, which will make your analytical results erroneous and potentially inaccurate.

W3C Validation

You should also make sure that all pages have CSS and HTML code checked for compliance with W3C standards.

Check for broken links:

You have to make sure that the user experience of your site is always in the best condition, otherwise all the SEO in the world will not bring you the conversion that you are after. Navigate through the site and check your links on the site. This can be easily done in Dreamweaver or again in the error section of the HTML webmaster tools.

Repeated content check.

To ensure that your site is not being copied by anyone else, it is always wise to complete duplicate content checks every few months, which can be easily done using Copyscape. Duplicate content may result in your site being penalized by Google, which will adversely affect your ranking.

Keywords:

Periodically check your keywords to make sure that you are still optimizing the right keywords to convert conversions from your site. There are many ways to test this aspect, but the most reliable methods I use are to look at my Google Analytics. When you look further into the keywords section that visitors have visited on your site, sometimes it can highlight keywords that will have more value that you are not currently optimizing. Be sure to check the search volume of each of these potential keywords in Google AdWords before making big changes. The data created from your site, while are excellent reliable data characteristic of your site.

Webmaster Tools shows search queries for keywords that you create on a site on a search engine, and this can generate ideas for a field of keywords that you should also use.

If you decide to update the main keyword variations, although distribute the keyword through your website with care, you do not want your current SEO to be worse.

These are the main points that you need to ensure are checked on a regular basis. They will not take up most of your time and will ensure that the health of your internet marketing campaign, website and its SEO remains under control, which is necessary to ensure that your website and its SEO always work best on it.
