 Thirty Major Acupressure Points Used in Jin Shin Do -2

Jin Shin Do acupressure includes the use of 30 main points. Additional steps may be added as the student progresses, but these are the starting points on which Jin Shin is based. These points make up eight "strange flows" and include places of general stagnation and blockages in the natural flow of energy in the body. By working on these pressure centers through this pattern of points, energy can be regulated and controlled. In addition to these areas, there are a number of points from the Grand Central Channel, which will be included in the thirty pressure map (Tsubo). These central tsubo are easily detected on anatomical landmarks.

The best way to find out what you really are, by the way, is how it feels. Most of them will be places of tension and tension that create stiffness to the touch. On tsubo, there is often a place that looks like a small depression or void that may lie between the tendons and muscle fibers. This is useful if you cannot find this depression to keep points that look more tense. The acu-point can be a very small area, but the area to which it extends is about ten cents. This is the basic thirty-point system with the numbers of Jin Shin Do, used to direct the student according to the established formula. Thirty Major Jin Shin Do Treatment Points:

Start from the left or right side of the body.
1) GB 14 - located on the forehead above the eyebrows. If you draw a straight line from the center of the pupil, you will find indentations on the forehead, fingers the width of the eyebrow. Click carefully for a minute or so (the same goes for all the items listed below).
2) ST 3 - located at the bottom of the cheekbone curve, straight down from the center of the eye.

13) GB 34 - located below the head or upper portion of the fibula along the outer side of the lower leg.
14) GB 31 - located right behind the femur and about halfway between the upper part of the femur and the knee.
15) B48 - located just outside the upper part of the sacrum, in the buttocks of the buttocks.
