What is bicep tendonitis?

Bicep Tendonitis is a condition that affects the area between the muscles of the biceps, where it meets the front of the shoulder. This happens a lot on its own, and often Bicep Tendonitis is often called biugenital tendinitis. Athletes are the most common people suffering from biceps tendinitis. It develops because of the thrombus of the rotator cuff. The biceps tendency is largely ignored at an early stage and develops into a serious complication.

Symptoms of Bicep Tenditis

The most common symptoms of bicep tendonitis are:

(a) There will be some pain when moving your shoulder or arm.
(b) There will be pain if you raise your arm above your shoulder.
(c) When your shoulder touches, you will feel pain.
(d) The shoulder may be red and swollen, or you may feel burning around the shoulder.
(e) It hurts you worse at night or get up in the morning

Causes of bipose tendonitis:

1. Reuse

The most common cause of bicep tendonitis is reuse and stress caused by use. Repetitive stress and use can be spread in many forms and in many sources. This condition is often developed by people who work in factories because of their repetitive nature of work. Athletes and athletes develop tendonitis due to repetitive movements associated with their sport.

2. Tendonitis due to age:

When people get older, it is a natural process in which tendons become harder and lose elasticity. Because of this, the joints will not be able to move freely, and flexibility will be lost. As people get older, they tend to develop Bicep Tendonitis. The study found that when the body is consistent, changes in the blood vessels affect the tendons.

3. Too much stress

Strain is the main cause among bodybuilders and athletes. It tends to develop when athletes and bodybuilders place tendons too much, without any proper warming up. Or more tension that the tendons could not handle. This can be avoided with corrective teaching methods.

4. Due to injury

Tendonitis usually develops due to injury. For example, this is caused by the result of a tendon of a shoulder or rotational cuff. In these circumstances, tendinitis develops because the injury was not completely cured. Such a cause can be easily avoided by allowing sufficient rest of the damaged part.

Treatment of biceps tendonitis

The treatment basically rests the affected area and slowly comes into action after proper rest. The main treatment is to keep the affected area from doing anything. All exercises on the head should be avoided. It is better to apply a packet of ice each time for 4 hours, until the pain subsides. The best thing to do is to rest in the affected area. The affected area should rest for 2 to 3 weeks.

How to prevent?

As the saying goes: "Prevention is better than cure." It is always recommended to warm up before any exercise and stretch and cool after exercise. If there is a slight pain in the biceps area, apply the Ice pack immediately. This will help reduce pain.
