Green Point was not always popular with tourists as an area with accommodation in Cape Town. Surrounding the CBD and the V & A waterfront and including the spacious common area, this area is noticeably updated weekly. Until recently, there were not many reasons to frequent Green Point.

And the ladies will be on display at the corners of the streets with such high names as "St. George" and "Vesperden." Green Dot had a lot of character, although thanks to recent changes in and around this, a little courting and manners were recognized. Being one of the nearest suburbs in the city, on the border of the old harbor and the embankment of Victoria and Alfred with a large area of land covered with middle-class houses and small apartment buildings, this area was aimed at the most successful compaction, reconstruction and commercialization. This has opened up a large selection of accommodation in Cape Town for leisure and business travelers.
The development of the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront is a very rich neighbor of the Green Dot. Waterfront Marina has reached a saturation point for hotel and residential construction - here you can find some of the most exclusive and expensive hotels in Cape Town. This led to a similar class of development occurring at the green point, which is located on the southern boundary of the Waterfront.
And so this area has become the next logical area for restructuring - luxury hotels and modern residential buildings have appeared on the market. Because of their location and prosperity in the city center and the V & A waterfront, they began to look for apartments in this area after being placed in Cape Town.
This is an excellent choice for accommodation in Cape Town, as they offer a better price than the Waterfront Marina, located on the outer edge of the Waterfront perimeter, but with quick direct access to all Waterfront attractions.
And, of course, the security-oriented V and A coastline lacks the aura of the street lender, evident in Green Point.
Good restaurants, trendy restaurants, delicacies, cafes, several balconies with balconies on the first floor and a massive liquor and wine warehouse, Ultra Liquors, pepper pavements and adding to the simple Green Point groove.
