Polish builder sells a house for £ 20 million -2

The Polish builder, who arrived in this country for only £ 1000, put his bag on the market for Surrey by as much as £ 20 million. Andrew Holeshovsky bought his mansion for less than 500,000 pounds sterling in 1993 and completed extensive real estate repairs, but the result is a house suitable for a king. At first, he and his wife had to buy out the neighbors, since the house was divided into three. In 2005, he tried to sell his part of the house for £ 3 million, but he had no offers. As a result, their neighbors decided to sell their parts to him, and therefore in 2007 he and his wife owned the whole house.

The house was located in more than three acres, including a three-bedroom cottage, and as soon as they bought the house in their building, he began to turn the modest house near Oxhotta into an excellent mansion. The house dates back to 1880, and Andrew wanted to turn the house into something special, but there was a recession halfway through his extensive renovation. Banks refused to provide more money to complete the work, and so in 2009, with a completed shell, he enlisted the support of his business partner to complete the rest.

With capital invested from their business partner, they decided to create a company specializing in luxury buildings and restorations. Pinewoods, the name given to the mansion, was their first completion to enter the market. They also have a six-bedroom house in Beaconsfield in Buckinghamshire, which is located next to it, and the other is on the hill of St. George in Weybridge, Surrey.

Pinewoods was used as a set of films because of its luxurious deco. They excavated 20 feet for a 6,000 sq. Meter parking lot and office space. Feet with indoor pool and Art Deco cinema, there is also a helipad on the lawn. Andrew will save thousands on capital gains taxes because Pinewoods is classified as his home. The area is 29,000 square meters. Feet, but if you turn on the roof terrace, it rises to 32,000 square meters. Feet John Terry is his neighbor, and the house has panoramic views that extend to Canari-Whorf and Wembley. If the house sells for its asking price, then it will break new entries. Homes in the area are typically sold for £ 3 million, but few in size.

The house, although modern, still has grand functions, such as a fresco, showing scenes from Milton's “Lost Morning” and a banquet hall, complete with a chandelier, overlooking the helipad. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a new building that has an indoor pool. The hotel has a bar, gym and spa treatments. £ 500,000 was spent on an electrician with 80 hidden loudspeakers and floor motion sensors that allow you to automatically turn on the light. There is a modern kitchen Bulthaup, and Andrew says that he spent 10 million pounds on the restructuring. On the top floor there are nine bedrooms in which there is a cinema with leather lounge chairs.

The house is likely to be bought by a Russian oligarch or an oil sheik in need of British chatter. Probably the only ones who could afford it.
