I was very lucky to find people who are not just reliable professionals, but also excellent team players. They can bring a lot of new, creative energy to our workplace and ensure that our customers get more for the money. With a strong team you can do more. This is also fun.
  8. Opportunity for better organization - Independent channel allows you to create your own systems. With my team, we introduced a workflow and a process that allows us to focus more on working with people, but at the same time provide most of the service.
