 Are you a leader? -2

When we look at the definition of a word, terrible, we notice that it is often defined as someone who inspires either fear or respect, because of one or more sizes, strengths or abilities. While quality managers should avoid the fear component, it is important that the leader be respected not purely because of the position, but rather, understanding this respect, through actions, skills, knowledge, judgments, experience, empathy, etc. Few people are strong in all areas or components, but the one who leads intelligently uses his strengths for his best interests, turning to any areas of weakness, etc. Obtaining such respect is very important because it is one of the necessary tools to make others listen and pay extra manie, and hopefully, buy-in your approach, strategy and plan.

1. Functions: Do you understand and appreciate the functions of the office and how to use them effectively in order to be the most effective and efficient? Simple care or having the right ideas is rarely enough, because if you don’t do anything, he achieved little!

2 Organizes; options; capabilities: When a person learns to be an effective organizer and is organized so that he can act calmly, he can best analyze the options and opportunities and be ready, willing and able to take advantage of opportunities.

3 Corresponding; reliability; reasonably: While each of them is important individually, only when it comes in an appropriate, reliable and reasonable manner, it can make the most of its efforts in the best direction!

4. Mature; support: Effective leaders behave like mature adults. They make their decisions based on what is better and not just react to others or a particular state. Terrible leader maintains control over situations that others lose control!

5. Ideas; integrity; ideology: Are you an ideological leader who sincerely accuses, complains and resorts to empty rhetoric? While the latter course of action can get an immediate response and even popularity in the end, only maintaining integrity, expressing the causes of your ideology and allowing ideas to be the center of attention, you will maintain respect for those you serve!

6 Dive deep; shipping: The difference between mediocre and rather formidable, often the ability and willingness to dive deep, and not just touch the surface! However, if this is not achieved, if you get results and lead others in the best possible way, you will find much less time to lose respect than to get it!

Attitude; Attention: You need a positive positive attitude, combined with attention to the needs, problems and priorities, if it should be, an effective leader!

8. Benefits; bring is this: will others take advantage of your strategies and plans? Will you be passive, or will you bring it?

9. Learn; Listen: How well will you study at your training, as well as experience? Will you focus more on listening than on listening to your own voice?

10: Evolutionary; effective; entered into force: While some of them are focused on making big, immediate changes and, at times, they are necessary and require that in the vast majority of cases, evolutionary changes have the best chance of success and ensure a lasting difference. Act efficiently, effectively, and prove how formidable you claim it is!

Many occupy leadership positions, but very few ever become terrible Leaders! Do you have everything you need to become one?
