 Body Thermage - radiothermoplasty -2

You may have heard about Thermage, a groundbreaking new non-surgical method for achieving a denser, younger facial tissue without needles or scalpels. Thermage technology is now applied to various other parts of the body and gives exceptional results.

What is thermage?

Traditional Thermage gives you all the benefits of an invasive face-lift operation, without scalpels or needles. This technology is currently used in problem areas of the body. Using ThermaCool TC with patented capacitive radiofrequency (CRF) technology, achieving younger, healthier skin has never been easier or faster.

The system works by sending radiofrequency energy through the skin, gently heating the deep layers of the skin, while protecting the surface of your skin with the cooling effect of the patented ThermaTip stick. This heating effect causes the deep structures of your skin to immediately tighten. Over time, new collagen grows to tighten the skin further and create a more youthful appearance.

In which areas can Thermage be handled?

While traditional Thermage methods have been developed to treat the skin around the eyes, jaw and neck lines, Body Thermage is now used to treat many problematic areas of the body, including:

- Arms - Body Thermage can be used to tighten loose, sagging skin on the upper shoulders, as well as to improve the texture and tone of the skin.

- Legs - also improves the texture and tone of the skin in the hips, and also levels the skin above the knees.

- Abdomen - Body Thermage can radically improve the appearance of your middle part and is comparable to a tummy tuck - without surgery. Thermage also works exceptionally well for women who recently gave birth, left with stretch marks. However, any subsequent pregnancy obviously negates the treatment. Likewise, stretch marks or loose skin can be significantly improved by excessive or rapid weight loss.

Who is Body Thermage for?

Body Thermage is ideal for all skin types and skin colors. Persons from 35 to 60 are ideal candidates for Body Thermage due to the weakness and moderate weakness of the skin found in these age groups.

For whom there is no body?

Radiothermoplastika is not recommended for people with implanted cardiac devices, such as pacemakers. The radiofrequency energy used during the Thermage procedure may interfere with these medical implants.

Body Thermage is not recommended for people using non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as ibuprofen, naproxen, and prednisone.

Is radiotherapy safe?

Body Thermage was approved by the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) in 2006.
The FDA approved the Thermage procedure in 2002, initially for the treatment of facial rejuvenation. In 2006, the FDA provided additional clearance for intensive use of treatment anywhere in the body.

What are the side effects of Body Thermage?

The occurrence of any side effects as a result of Thermage treatment is extremely rare. In fact, the percentage of people who complain about any unwanted side effects is less than 1%. These temporary side effects are usually described as red, irritated, or sometimes blistering skin and usually dissipate after 3–10 days.
