Restaurant Review - Eric & Restaurant & Town House -2

This article will be of little use to you if you do not live in the New York state area near Rochester. If yes, then you should read this and take into account, because we have found a great place!

Restaurant and cafeteria Erica.

My wife and I were supposed to be in Canandaigua at seven, so I sat down at a computer and looked at restaurants near where we would be. I knew that we would want to get a little closer, because we would be very late for us. We are habits.

Eric is located in 2475 Macedonia Rd. This is immediately with the main resistance, and you better be on your guard when referring to Macedon Rd. because Eric is right to left! I almost missed it! The drive from Rochester would not be bad, even from Syracuse, and Eric is worth it!

What made him so pleasant?

What made this place so pleasant for me was the atmosphere. You must understand that I am sixty years old. Now I consider myself a rather young way of thinking, but there are times when I go to a bar / restaurant and I feel out of place. There is no person over the age of thirty-five. This, like us adults, has nothing better than staying at home and watching the growth of indoor plants.

When we entered Erica, I would say that ninety-five percent of the people there were over forty years old. Now do not think that it was some kind of muffled place where all these geriatric patients played checkers. The place jumped! There were two large screen televisions playing a basketball game, and people were laughing, and the bar was hard to hear!

Shannon, the bar maid was attentive, and we each had a drink before we even had a place to sit. When we were divided, we had a bowl of popcorn in front of us and a menu so that we could decide what to eat while we waited for our table. We had to wait about forty-five minutes at our table, since the place was packed!

What about food?

Most of the items on the menu were reasonably priced. There were a few more expensive items, say, about fifteen dollars per plate, but even that is not so bad. My wife had a portikallo mushroom hoop, and I had a chicken-grilled Cajun. The wait was not bad for food, and when it came, it was worth every minute. We both enjoyed the meal very much. I have to say that Eric is very hot!

If you are a short drive from Canandaigua, and you need good food in a place that seems to be meant for a small old patron, but not dead, check out the restaurant and Eric's still life. This is a great place!
