Operation and cleaning of roast frying BBQ -2

Having a barbecue barbecue is a great way to serve (and entertain) large groups of people in all kinds of functions and parties. You may have a spit roasting yourself, borrowed from family or friends, but most likely you hired it from a catering company.

Most rental businesses need to provide you with instructions on how to use and clean hot saliva. Otherwise, you can follow these common sense rules that we provide to our customers.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Open the braid and place a layer of aluminum foil over the drip tile, this will make the bone easier to clean afterwards.
2. Prepare the meat (for example, peel, remove excess fat, add salt and seasoning).
3. Secure the piece of meat by passing the shaft through the center of each piece of meat that needs to be cooked.
4. Secure the meat in place with forks.
5. Insert the shaft correctly into the grill.
6. Turn on the gas and light the gas burners with a cigarette lighter.
7. Turn on the engine and turn on the engine.
8. After ensuring that the meat rotates correctly on the shaft (that is, it does not slip), close the lid and adjust the burner knobs until the correct cooking temperature is reached (according to the temperature indicator on the front panel of the lid).
9. After the meat is cooked to your taste, turn the gas cylinder, turn off the gas burners and turn off the grill motor.
10. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes.
11. Remove meat from the shaft and cut.
12. Immediately rinse the plugs in hot water for best cleaning results.

Usually, catering companies require a substantial deposit for cleaning in case you choose or forget to clean the spit as needed. Here are some simple instructions to help you clear and return your deposit.

Cleaning Instructions:

A. For best cleaning results, place the forks in hot, soapy water immediately after preparation.
B. Remove the drip tray and discard aluminum foil, excess juice and grease.
C. Remove the motor from the end of the braid and keep it away from water.
D. Using warm soapy water and a soft sponge for cleaning, clean the inner and outer surfaces of the braid, as well as the shaft.
E. When the spit is clean, hose or rinse the saliva with cold water
F. Allow the spit to air dry and reassemble the machine.

By following these simple instructions, you can perfectly prepare a barbecue for sprays and successfully serve your event.
