Some time ago, I saw a tutorial on how to create sheets with clean prints from Green Material so that you can continue to create your own dense prints. I thought it was a great idea that I played black templar, and they like all these things. So I needed a lot.
I believe that the original textbook that I looked at was probably on Portent. But since I worked on this evening, it seemed to me that I would take some pictures and chase them away for anyone interested, mainly reworking the original in their own words and their small additions, we learned about the time. But I can not take responsibility for this idea. And I’m sure it doesn’t violate the GW rules, because White Dwarf magazine had something like that to create their own tight stamps using the GS mold, but the way they did it, it sucked my ass, it's better. So, that's all.
Mold Design Tutorial
First, get yourself a piece of Green Stuff, a coin, some oil, and something that has a flat, flat surface. Green stuff is available at most hobby stores, I use GW stuff, just the reason I'm used to. Coin .. well, in your pocket should be one. I use vegetable oil, because this is what I had. I would prefer to use olive oil because it tastes better, and if I ever had the desire to eat my mildew, it would be delicious. I used an empty spice container and poured some oil in there, so I can keep it on my work desk if my mother doesn't blow the gasket. As for the hard flat surface? I'm not sure, basically, whatever you find. I used a plastic coin that I won at a painting contest (it was part of a prize, I could turn it into a hobby shop for a free can of soda), and then used sandpaper to tear one side down until it was completely flat.
Oh, and, of course, you also need the original plastic purity seal or whatever you use. Without this, you will have a nasty greasy green nickel.
Step 1
The first thing you do is take an old brush or cotton swab and cover the hard plastic surface with oil. This will be your Squisher. Make a nice little ball of Green material and place it on the coin in the middle. Do not put oil on the GS or the coins, the point of the oil is so that nothing will stick together, but you want the GS to hold the coin, right? Then take the Squisher and ... mm ... squish the GS and even over the coin. You do not want it to be too thin, because you will need to have depth to print in order to install in it, so do not tear the line from it, it's just nice to even squish.
Step 2
Now that you have the GS coin done, reapply your Squisher and GS surface with oil. You don't want the Squisher to stick with the GS when you do Squishing. Put your Pure Seals (or any other small flat “one-way” bit) onto the GS. I usually take a toothpick and lightly press Purity Seals to GS a little so that they do not move when you walk to swallow them, but you do not need to do that. I'm just an anal bastard. In any case, as soon as you have Purity Seals on the GS, crush it. Do not get out of control, you just press a bit in the GS enough that the surface of the GS is about flush with the back of the net seals, but even if you let Purity Seals a little above the surface, # 39; everything is fine, you will only have a small PS when you make copies.
Step 3
Go ahead and wash your Squisher and leave the coin / GS and Purity Seals, as they are about an hour or two. If you try to take out the Seal too early, it will ruin the image by clicking on the GS because it is too soft. Let it harden a little, and as soon as this happens, you can pull out the plastic clean scales. I use the tip of my hobby knife or tooth pick, it doesn’t matter, just something small so it doesn’t spoil the shape while you try to pull out the plastics. I heard that some people say that they leave them as they are for the night, so you, of course, but I never found it necessary. In fact, sometimes Purity plastic cleaning will get stuck in Green Stuff, if you let it get too heavy ... so for an hour or two, carefully try to pull out the plastics and if they seem to come out easily, cool, but if not, and he indents in the GS, then stop and give him some more time.
It’s hard to see plastic clean seals in the GS because the oil reflected the flash, but if you look closely, you will see the 4 Pss I used.
Step 4
After you have the original Purity plastic stamp, all you have to do is wait until the GS is completely dry (usually I wait until the next day) and then wash the oil. Now you have the mold, and it is ready to start making Clean Seals!
These are some of the forms that I created. If you look at the top of the picture, you will see two shapes in white objects. These were thin pieces of small plastic pipes that I cut in half. Since there was a curved flat surface, I was able to make molds from parchments that hang from the shoulder pads and the crotch area, things of a loincloth. For the Squisher, I used a plug that went into the original piping, just a small plastic cylinder that was the perfect size to squish evenly. I'm glad I understood how to do it, I really wanted more of these things for my black templar.
And this! Easy, right? All this takes about 3 minutes and you can easily open the clean seals in the afternoon.
Okay, now you have your mold, what do you do with it? Make clean prints! In and!
You will need your mold, your Squisher and the little ball from Green Stuff.
Step 1
Cover the surface of the mold and the surface of your Squisher with oil. Place the GS ball on the mold over the Purity print.
Step 2
Give up! Again, do not go crazy, just make sure that it is. You can go thin with this, because you don't need a thick enough layer so that it can fit into the seal of purity, you really only need enough GS to fill the Purity Seal hole. So you do not need a lot of GS. Personally, I use a little more GS than I know is enough, just in case not enough I do not want Purity Seal eventually being released. My black templar are pimps, they don’t wear cheesy accessories.
Step 3
Wait thirty minutes, maybe an hour or so, then you can pull the GS out of shape. If you do it too early, it will deform the Purity Seal form, because the soft GS was pulled out, but if it is difficult enough when you pull it out, you will not have a problem, put it aside and let it sit for a while. time (I usually leave it until the next day). Then wash the oil with a GS Purity seal piece, then return to the lab lab and a little extra GS around the Purity seal. You may have to shave the back of the Clean, because they are too thick. If you used a larger amount of GS, then it will be harder to swallow it. This is not a huge deal, just a pain in the neck that should shave the backs of its little Net Seals. I often had to do this, as I said, I use a little extra GS than usual, and I have no idea how I haven’t cut my finger off yet. I hope my luck will continue.
Some of the things I did with the GS, and with a little time and effort, you may well understand that the GS bitz looks just like ordinary plastic.
