Have you laughed at the fact that you are laughing every day? One big LOL can turn a stressful and lousy day into a wonderful fun day. If you have not laughed by 9 am on any given day, then your day will be unsuccessful. Everyone is familiar with the old cliche "Laughter is the best medicine." Real life experience tells us that this cliché is absolutely correct. According to medical experts, we only need 15 giggles a day, while keeping the doctor.

Laughter comes in many forms; it can be a subtle smile to exploding belly laugh. You do not have laughter, fall out of the chair or laugh, until you cry to laugh. A simple smile is a step in the right direction. Humor can be a powerful ally in maintaining good health and preventing omissions. Several studies have shown that bolder releases of chemicals in the brain, namely beta-endorphins and enkephalins, which are natural pain killers. It is believed that these natural painkillers are 100 times much stronger than any morphine or opium preparations commonly used as painkillers.

Psychologist Alice M. Isen and his colleagues conducted a study for a group of college students to determine how laughter affects creativity. Considering the box of matches, the box with the keys and the candle, the college students were asked how they would attach the candle to the corkboard so that when lighting the candle wax would not drip onto the cork. Before trying to solve a problem, some groups of students watched a television ghost comedy film that laughed. Another group of students watched "The Area under the Curve," a mathematical film. The researchers found that 75% of the students in a fun state solved the problem correctly, while only 20% of the students who watched a mathematical film understood correctly. View comedy shows such as Hannah Montana or JONAS! can cause a lot of giggling to complete a daily dose of laughter.

In addition, laughter benefits the entire cardiovascular system by expanding blood vessels and increasing blood flow through your body. When you laugh, you swallow in a lot of air, which creates a rich, highly oxidized blood stream. When you laugh, your blood pressure and heart rate increase as much as you exercise, but after the laughter subsides, your blood pressure and heart rate return to levels lower than you started. As a result, you feel rested after a good dose of laughter. Interestingly, even the Bible agrees with the power of laughter. Proverbs 17:22 states that “a cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries the bones.”
