Although there are several high-class communities that suit a more expensive lifestyle, there are also many gated communities that offer similar lifestyle and convenience to the average home buyer. In my area there are many of these types of communities offering various amenities and benefits. The retired couple I work with now would like to find Active Adult 55+ Community. Both the husband and the wife train daily, they own the boat and active golfers. Naturally, they would like to buy a house in a gated community that is on or very close to the golf course. The community should offer a dock space for their boat and have a club club or community club with a gym or fitness center.
As I show this pair of accessible communities, some of them are of particular interest to them: some closed communities offer limited or “through traffic” for residents, which is a value. From retirement communities to equestrian communities, from waterfront communities to forbidden solitary communities, closed communities, in the opinion of many of today's buyers, are looking for something “special” for their investments. Closed communities work for everyone, not just the rich.
