How to find a fish -2

Reservoirs

Somewhere there is a pond; it could be a hidden hot spot for fish. The bottom line is, no matter how much the pond is, it's just a matter of time until the fish finds it. If you live near agricultural land, a great way to explore these hidden hot spots is to plan a flight over the area and display any water bodies that you may have missed.

Use hay

If it is legal in your area, buy damaged hay from garden stores under the “mulch hay” brand. Dump a few bales into the water. Roughs and insects will fall out, and they will provide the fish to keep the fish in your place.

New water body

If you are going to start fishing for a newly created body of water (for example, a reservoir), here are some things to keep in mind.

During the first 2 years it will be very easy to catch fish, although they will be smaller (about 50% more in the second year). The third year will be more difficult, as the fish will be larger and healthier. It is important to move around the lake and observe how experienced anglers work. Also keep track of where and when each species feeds. Also, pay attention to the phase of the moon when you record this information so that you can refer to it during the same phase in subsequent years.

You will probably find that the bass feeder is best at dawn and dusk, blue fungi in the middle and in the middle of the day, nettles under the lantern at night and white bass at noon.

After this third year, this proven tactic really begins to pay off. For the bass do not forget to give a lot of suggestions. Lay out one of them; plastic worm, spinner, surface muffler, crankcase and spoon from the abyss.

Old lake, never caught before

The fish in the old lakes are very smart, because “every trick in the book” by experienced anglers approached them. It was shown that the bass player of Largemouth in these areas moves 10 miles in one day in search of food. To aim at them, draw a few baits that just push the bottom cover.

Bluegills are much more relaxed and remain on the cover. However, crappies tend to roam like bass.

Watch out for moving bubbles - this usually indicates a bass feed towards the bottom.

Structuring underwater structure

Many fishermen would simply like to wear a scuba diver and display underwater structures in their favorite body of water.

There is a way to do this that does not require all the efforts to get diving equipment, certificates, etc. Just wait until the water level becomes the lowest (usually during spring and summer.

Using a pencil and paper, draw each stone, stump and lunge. These structures and the lower part on which they rely should be drawn, and then, when the water is restored, you do not have to guess what structure your locator found.

Behind the waterfalls

Try to fish for the waterfalls. They naturally collect food behind, and this joins small grains of sand and fishing. Bait is usually better than bait in these situations. Keep the bait there long enough to give the fish a chance.

Wind

You will do better in a lake or pond on the windward side. The wind will force the floating insects to gather at the end, and the wave action will begin to accumulate food from the bottom. At the very least, it will attract feed fish, which will attract big fish, such as bass or pike.

Go to the trees

Hanging trees are sometimes bastions for fish. If you notice one of the following things about the tree that you are considering, most likely you will get some bites:

o Flower trees — insects will be plentiful for pollen, and sneak into the water — fish love it.

oDefoliated tress - indicate the presence of butterflies, sawflies and beetles (the same as above)

Clients cracked from lighting or wind provide housing for insects

oWoodpeckers signal the presence of insects

Cherry, horse chestnut, apple, dogwood, hawthorn and catalpa usually have more insects.
