 eToims - Exercise - Chronic Pain -2

To solve the problem of physical activity in public health, people are recommended to perform at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week, at a minimum, or take a 30-minute walk if they do not have any orthopedic problem. They are encouraged to exercise to such an extent that they begin to feel short of breath, and simple advice for most is to try to get at least three 10-minute walks 5 days a week, preferably every day for a week.

My advice for an exercise program for patients with chronic pain is to rest for an equal amount of time they perform. They should not push pain. They can only be tolerant, and when they begin to feel pain, they immediately stop and rest.
Muscle pain associated with the nerves is due to muscle contraction from twitching or the loins effect on the intramuscular nerves and blood vessels. Therefore, exercises for patients with chronic pain should never be marked by time or number of repetitions.

Patients must include exercises throughout the day and must be as active as they can be in order to fulfill the required exercise requirements for a total of 30 minutes a day.
eToims Twitch Relief Method is the most physiological method of aerobic exercise for muscles, because muscles are selectively activated for aerobic training by shortening from a split second to three seconds per site. This contributes to local blood flow and intramuscular stretching effect, releasing trapped intramuscular nerves and blood vessels, ending pain in the stimulated areas.

Common aerobic exercises that we perform daily are not able to provide targeted aerobic exercise in areas suffering from pain similar to those of eToims.
Therefore, patients with chronic pain should listen to their bodies during exercise to avoid exacerbation of pain when touched by an increase in the local effect of tightening dense muscles on the intramuscular nerves and blood vessels.
