How to pass the ITIL Intermediate Continuous Service Improvement Exam -2

“There is no end to education. The point is not that you are reading a book, passing an exam and graduating with education. - Jidda Krishnamurti

The format of the Continual Service Improvement exam differs from the ITIL Foundation in that it has eight questions in the form of answers based on scenarios and multiple-choice answers. In order to turn negative into positive, many teaching methods conduct mock tests so that you can get an “inner feeling”. a similar exam environment that may encourage you to give the best during the exam. Intensive instructor training helps transform you from a regular ITIL professional level to a person who is well prepared to handle the skills of any project.
