The joy of natural childbirth (5th edition) Helen Wessel is one of my favorite books written about pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth and newborns.
This author strongly believes that every person needs to be taken care on an individual basis in accordance with her own physical and emotional needs and desires. Every woman is eager to remain a man during her experience of pregnancy, childbirth and childbirth. If the whole experience of childbirth, from beginning to end, can be remembered with joy, then it is transferred in relation to the child.
I am especially grateful that Helen Wessel did away with the misinterpretation of Genesis 3:16, in which almost all women think that a child is a curse. She does a lot of research and carefully indicates that the word "pain" is incorrectly translated from the source text. Instead, the word "toil" will be more accurate. You will find her information very useful and free. Of course, this does not mean that you will not experience pain, it simply means that pain is not necessary during labor and delivery.

This book also covers the Brewer diet. Helen Wessel is a fan of Dr. Brewer's diet, which includes salt, water and protein. I personally followed the Brewer diet and had wonderful pregnancies with perfect healthy babies.
