Brush your face with a toothbrush and look younger -2

Would you like to find out a really inexpensive way to make your face look younger? Of course you would! Who would not?

Well, get yourself a two-dollar soft bristle toothbrush, and you'll be on your way. Clean your face (yes, your face) regularly with a toothbrush to keep your skin young. Do not believe me? Tempted to stop reading? I know it sounds silly, but stay with me. You heard about the company Sonicare ? They make electric toothbrushes. Guess what? Now they also make a brush for FACE. This is the same design, a little more. It costs 200 dollars. People who like it love it. If you have an extra 200 dollars, then be sure to buy them. But if you still have 2 dollars, I promise you, the usual soft bristle, properly used, will give you excellent results. I've been doing this for 15 years now, and although I feel good in my 40s, I still get ID in Trader Joe when I buy red wine. (If you are obsessed with anti-aging effects, red wine is the only alcohol you must drink, by the way).

Here is what you do:

1. Wash your face and neck with warm water. You can open your pores by applying a warm washcloth for a few minutes.

2. Apply a cleanser for the skin of your choice on the face and neck. If you have dry skin, you can use a moisturizing cleanser. If it is oil, you can use something that concerns oily skin. Use what already works for your skin. Apply it on the face and neck, without it - the formula of acne, and then use something less than to dry the skin around the eyes. (You might want to make the eyes apart.)

3. Apply detergent to your toothbrush. This helps the brush to glide over the skin more smoothly.

4. Start gently brushing in small circles. Where you start is up to you, but I like to start from the sides of the mouth, where lines of laughter form.

Brush clockwise and counterclockwise on the cheek, chin. On the forehead you can draw in a circle, as well as up and down. Pay attention to the area between your eyes, wrinkled lines appear. Brush around, clockwise and counterclockwise. If you have lines above your forehead, from raising your eyebrows, brush in a circle above these lines, as well as up and down.

5. Whether eyes are scanned. And be very careful in this area. If you used a drying detergent, wash it with a brush before making your eyes, and use something more moisturizing. You can even brush with a moisturizer in the eye area. Put the brush on the outer part of the eye, closest to your hairline, where you may have crow's feet, and ANYTHING brush in the direction of the nose. When you start, use only a few brush strokes. No more than four to get started. As you do this more often, you use more pressure and more strokes, but start slowly.

6. Even with light pressure, your skin will likely look red, depending on your skin tone. Do not worry. The redness will disappear within a few minutes. If it does not subside after an hour, or you have cleaned it too much, or this procedure is not suitable for your skin. Start with very little pressure and increase over time if you see good results. If your face becomes inflamed or irritated, your skin may be too sensitive for this.

7. Always, always, always, without exception, follow this with the help of your humidifier. Use the one you already used that you know well for your skin. If you are brushing during the day, use a moisturizer with sunscreen, preferably with an SPF of 30 or higher. If you clean at night, follow the excellent night cream.

Night is when the skin itself is restored, so if you do a cleansing, following the night cream, designed to replenish and repair, and you sleep, you will get additional benefits. This is due to the fact that skin cleaning and peeling preparations for products penetrate more effectively.

Do it regularly, several times a week, and soon you will notice that your skin looks clearer, younger, less aligned and bright.

Why is this? A few reasons:

1. Brushing brings blood to the surface of the skin. The blood carries oxygen and nutrients to the skin cells. Thus, you help “feed” your skin when you clean it. When you do it regularly, you regularly nourish your skin. If your diet is good, it further improves the quality of the blood flowing to the tissues of your skin. So, eat a good diet, and the results will be further enhanced.

2. Exfoliation helps to separate dead skin cells. When we are young, our skin cells regularly roll over without help. However, as we age, this process slows down, and old cells cling to the surface longer, which leads to a swelling of the complexion. Regular exfoliation helps the skin in this cell turnover, allowing older skin to look more like its youth.

3. Exfoliation also drains impurities from the pores, helping them to be cleaner and smaller. With age, our pores begin to look bigger. Cleaning the pores helps the skin look smoother and denser.

4. Brushing stimulates the muscles beneath the surface of the skin, just as they will be stimulated by facial massage. When you walk on the skin, brush it in circles and up and down in certain areas, the tiny muscles under the skin are stimulated. Blood flow to the muscle occurs. This stimulation helps to keep these muscles in such a way that they would not otherwise be so. If the muscles beneath the surface of the skin remain air-conditioned, your face lasts better with time, and there is less sagging.

When I started to clean the skin, I limited it several times a week. This is what I recommend to you when you begin. Each person's skin is different, so you will find what is best for you. When you start, be sure to use the SOFT BRISTLE toothbrush. Build slowly. If your skin responds well to the procedure (you can tell how it looks and feels), it’s normal to do this daily or every other day. When I started, a few years ago, I went only a few times a week. Now I can clean every day, and my skin loves it.
