 RICE Method - Relieve Muscle Strains and Cramps -2

Sometimes you can't help it. Your muscles carry themselves by chance and cause you injury in a related area. In some cases, your urine may turn brown in color due to muscle injuries. This is because the miglobin protein is released when there is a torn muscle.

You can treat your muscle tension and cramps using the RICE method, which means relative rest, ice, compression and boost.

Relative rest
