How do you say, is power really? If so, why in countries with such an impressive level of literacy, the distribution of wealth data is so stable. About 1% of the richest people share half of global wealth. How then can knowledge be called power? In my understanding, a literate person acquires knowledge and, consequently, power.
Let's look at the concept of knowledge a little deeper. In the end, what is knowledge? Is this what we learn and acquire at school or college? Is it something that our elderly will give us, or does it come through experience? I'm confused.
My confusion was eliminated when I came to chapter 5 of the book Think and Grow by Napoleon Hills, he explains that there are two types of knowledge; first, this is general or general knowledge, and the second is specialized knowledge. General knowledge in what we acquire can be of any type, quality, or in any amount, they are of little use to create money or wealth. The irony is that even the largest learning centers, universities and schools attend the general knowledge for students and are responsible for creating massive mediocrity. A clear example of this can be professors and teachers who teach themselves from the middle-income group. While they become experts in training, they are not experts in making money.
To understand what type of knowledge will be needed or may be needed to attract money, I will quote directly from his book Think and Grow, chapter 5. Napoleon Hill says:

Hill explains the reason for the serious failure of our education system in this regard. According to him, there is an important missing link that prevails in our system in the production of a huge number of highly successful and wealthy people. To quote it:

This opens another problem. How to get the whole set of knowledge and constantly update them. We all know that in the current technological age, knowledge is becoming faster than its acquisition.
Hill in his book explained it beautifully. His explanations about the concept of entrepreneurship with different business verticals under one roof are very obvious. Although we all do it daily in our lives, we never see it in this light. Napoleon Hill says that:

This explains why large multinational corporations with multiple and diverse business interests have the advantage of what we call “Think Tank” or “Master Mind”, a group of people who are experts in their field of knowledge. This also explains the concept of diversification. I worked in a business house that has interests that are as diverse as energy, heavy engineering, hospitality, cement, travel and tour, education and healthcare. Everything is managed by one entrepreneur.
I personally believe that it is more than acquiring all the knowledge on your own; more important is your ability to store all such knowledge around you, so that it is available to you at the touch of a button, instantly and always updated. A person who has the ability to control, direct and use knowledge to create wealth is the key to power. Yes, knowledge is power in that sense.
